ASUU Tutoring Services strives to provide tutoring for the most "in demand," lower division, general education courses. Most of these courses are listed below. If your request falls outside of this description, contact us to see if we have a tutor for a specific course. We will make a good faith effort to find a tutor for you. If we are unable to help you, we recommend the following steps:
- Meet with your instructor and/or TA—most instructors have office hours and are more than willing to offer assistance.
- Ask about group study sessions.
- Review material as soon after class as possible—this will make a real difference in retention.
- Find out if Supplemental Instruction (SI) is offered in your class. SI provides free, organized group study sessions in which students actively focus on course content, test preparation, and study skills. See the Learning Success Center website for more information.
